I’m Vincent, the founder of VGA Wellness, where I help busy people feel better, move more, and live well through personalized, science-based coaching.
At VGA Wellness, my goal is simple: to make health and wellness fit into your lifestyle and not the other way around.
I provide online and one-on-one coaching that blends practical strategies with evidence-based methods so you can build sustainable habits in fitness, food, and mindset.
I work with individuals who want to improve their energy, strength, and overall well-being without adding more stress to their busy schedules.
Whether you’re getting started with exercise, returning after time away, or looking to refine your training, I’ll help you develop a plan that works for your goals, body, and lifestyle.
My Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Movement & Leisure Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Health from the University of Idaho.
I’m an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Health Coach, and hold multiple certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), including:
- Certified Fitness Trainer
- Youth Fitness Coach
- Fitness Nutrition Specialist
- Corrective Exercise Specialist
In addition, I serve as a Community Health Worker, blending academic expertise with hands-on coaching experience.
